翻译案例分析：

1. The rights of SAF under the statutory provisions to reduce the purchase price or to withdraw from the contract and to claim damages or refund of expenses due to defects in the Contract Products shall not be prejudiced.

不得损害法定条款下SAF对合同产品中的不合格品，进行从合同中撤销或减少采购费用，并要求进行赔偿损害或退还费用的权利。

2. Claims by SAF for defects shall become statute-barred 3 years after delivery of the Contract Products.

3. 合同产品交付 3年后，就不合格品对 SAF作出的赔偿将因时效而被废除。

The Supplier shall bear all the necessary costs for the subsequent fulfilment,in particular transport, travelling, labour and material costs. If the defects in the Contract Products are discovered only after their introduction into the manufacturing process at SAF or in the SAF customers works, the Supplier replacement obligation shall also include all the necessary resulting costs and expenses, in particular for removal and installation at SAF or, insofar as SAF is obliged towards the customer, at the customer’s work

承担后续履行的所有SAF必 要的费用，特别是交通费、差旅费、人工与材料成本。如果只是在引 入SAF生产过程后或进入 SAF客户工厂后，发现合同产品存在不合 格品，供应商的更换责任应包括产生的所有必需成本和费用，特别是SAF内部或由SAF义务承担的客户工厂的拆除不合格品和安装更换 产品发生的成本和费用。

反思/心得体会：

   本次工作内容主要包括：协助翻译团队进行文件翻译和口译工作、协助编辑校对已完成的译文、翻译公司内部文件、参与翻译项目的管理等。在这些工作中，我通过与资深翻译人员的合作学到了许多实用的翻译技巧和适应不同场景的翻译能力。同时，我也了解到了翻译行业的运作流程和相关的规范要求，这对我未来从事翻译工作将会非常有帮助。

      在本次翻译实践的过程中，我不断地提高了自己的专业技能和知识储备。首先，在翻译技巧方面，我学会了如何准确地传达原文的意思，并尽可能地保持译文的流畅和自然。其次，在专业常识方面，我对各类领域的术语和专业名词有了更深入的了解，掌握了一些领域特定的翻译技巧。此外，我还提高了自己的团队合作能力，学会了与他人有效沟通、协调和合作，提高了工作效率和准确性。

      同时，我也发现了一些自己的不足之处。首先，我在处理大型项目时，有时候会因为时间紧迫而导致疏漏或者失误。这要求我在以后的工作中要更加注重时间管理和工作规划，提高自己的工作效率。其次，我在面对某些较为复杂的专业术语和句式时，还没有完全做到理解透彻，需要进一步提高自己的专业素养和语言能力。

      下一步，我计划通过进一步学习和实践，不断提高自己的翻译能力和语言表达能力。首先，我将继续学习专业知识，包括扩充词汇量、深入了解翻译理论和技巧等。其次，我打算参加一些相关的培训课程和翻译比赛，通过实践不断提升自己的翻译水平。同时，我也计划继续提升英语听说读写能力，加强对语言的敏感性和灵活运用能力。

附录：

1. In the event of any loss caused by the delay in the delivery, the Representative can claim a compensation from the Manufacturer with a certificate and detailed list registered by the administration authorities of the Representative’s site.

2. Should all or part of the contract be unable to be fulfilled owing to the fault of one party, the breaching party shall bear the responsibilities thus caused. Should it be the fault of both parties they shall bear their respective responsibilities according to actual situations.

译文

1. 若因任何交货延误导致的代理方损失，代理方可凭代理方所在地行政当局登记的损失清单向制造方索赔，但须出具证明。

2. 由于一方的过失，造成本合同不能履行或不能完全履行时，由过失一方承担违约责任。若属双方过失，则根据实际情况，由双方分别承担各自应负的违约责任。
